Methodology & Approach
Each engagement follows a structure that has been developed through experience, not imported from a consulting textbook. The structure is simple enough to adapt to what each situation requires, and robust enough to produce something worth having at the end.
For time-bound engagements, we begin with a scoping conversation, move through a series of structured sessions, and close with a written summary. For the ongoing Thinking Partner arrangement, the structure is lighter: we meet, we think, we document if useful.

The fees for each engagement are stated clearly on the Solutions page. There is no ambiguity, no scope creep billed at an hourly rate, and no additional charges for the written summary that concludes a time-bound engagement.
What you see is what the engagement costs. The only exception is if, after a scoping conversation, the engagement is adjusted to address something substantially different — and in that case, any revised fee is agreed before the work continues.

Written summaries included as standard
The Succession Thinking and Values Articulation engagements each include a written summary document as part of the standard fee. This is not an additional deliverable to be negotiated; it is the point of the engagement. The document belongs entirely to the client.
Bangkok-based, available regionally
In-person sessions are available in Bangkok at the Phaya Thai office or at a location convenient to the client. Remote sessions via video call are equally standard, making the arrangement workable for clients based elsewhere in the region.
Straightforward exit terms
Time-bound engagements are scoped and paid in advance. The Thinking Partner arrangement requires one month's notice to end after the initial period. There are no penalties, no contract minimums beyond what is described, and no pressure to continue if the arrangement has served its purpose.
A first conversation without commitment
The first conversation — roughly thirty to forty-five minutes — is always without charge and without obligation. It serves to establish whether the work is likely to be useful, and whether the working relationship is likely to function well. Neither party is committed at that stage.
